At Shop Supply Closet, your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 10 days of receipt. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return:

✅ Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.

• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns (unless the return is due to our error).

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and regulatory guidelines, we cannot accept returns on:

• Hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to:

  • Floor Strippers

  • Degreasers

  • Disinfectants

  • Bleach-based or acid-based cleaners

  • Aerosol products

• Opened containers of any liquid or chemical product

• Special-order or customized products

📦 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer support at orders@shopsupplycloset.com with your:

• Order number

• Item(s) you'd like to return

• Reason for return

We will respond with instructions and the return shipping address.

🔁 Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

• The 10% restocking fee and any original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
